This class is ideal for anyone who has never done yoga before or who is concerned about making sure they are doing each of the postures correctly. Each week we will focus on different yoga poses, making sure that alignment is correct, doing different modifications and using different props if necessary. Beginner's Yoga is hands on, so the teacher may physically adjust you if necessary. This class builds on what was taught during the previous week, so it is best to try and attend each and every session. Once enough basic yoga postures are learned this class may transition into a regular yoga class.
